As a customer service representative and merchandiser, you will first need to contact existing customers, over the phone, via web conference, and occasionally make physical visits to their branches. You will need to provide excellent customer service and build excellent customer relationships. You will work at your home. Reporting directly to the CEO, the incumbent will be supported by a dynamic support team focused on customer satisfaction.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for an assigned territory and the achievement of client goals with regard to distribution gains and sales targets. You represent all of the products offered by Dess Marketing and will be responsible for accelerating our growth in the automotive parts and e-bike industry.
