The only recourse you have with respect to a purchase made through our Web site is to return it for a refund as indicated in the return policy. At any time, DESS MARKETING and MALARD DISTRIBUTION reserves the right to cancel an order that cannot be completed or that may contain errors.
DESS MARKETING et MALARD DISTRIBUTION does its best to display prices that respect the suggested retail price.
Items offered online by other retailers, their prices and availability may differ. All item prices posted online are in Canadian dollars and, unless otherwise indicated, do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes (GST, QST, PST or HST).
The shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart, it is calculated by weight, size and shipping address. Some items such as rims and tires have a flat shipping rate.
The majority of orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days, however, there may be a few exceptions, we will contact you if we feel the time frame can be extended.
DESS MARKETING and MALARD DISTRIBUTION uses transportation services such as Purolator, Canada Post and others to ship its packages. For the vast majority of products shipped, a signature is required.
* In rare cases, additional fees may be required before shipment for remote areas or if some parts are too big or heavy and/or do not meet the normal conditions of our carriers. You will be informed of any changes in this regard.
Items that have been opened, damaged or are not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
